On Thursday, March 17th the foundation shook as an explosion took place at Motodesign on St. Patrick’s Day. This explosion, is going into Quinn's Haven history as the "St. Patty's Day Disaster", being the largest act of arson to date.

Fire department was quick to the scene with hoses in hand. However the flames were spreading faster than our hometown heroes could fight. Residents looked on in morbid fascination as two other outside reinforcements were called in to help tame this beast of a fire.
Upon extinguishing the fire, a bomb, and a note from unknown sources were left at the scene of the crime.
On scene of the incident, we were able to get a statement from a very haggard looking Mayor Quinn.
“It is terrible that we have a crazy arsonist at large here in Quinn's Haven, I can't help but wonder what Motodesign could have done to deserve such wrath, or negative attention. Regardless, it goes without saying this terrorist must be stopped, and I will continue to pour my effort into finding reliable law enforcement for our town." Motodesign, opened less than a month ago and has seems to have already made some bad blood in the Community. With over-the-top pricing, questionable manufacturing quality, and illegal test drives in uninsured bikes. Motodesigns was shaping up to be a community menace in their own right.
Last Monday emergency services responded to a motorcycle incident involving two residents. According to the reports, they were giving a bike from Motodesign a test drive when they lost control of the bike and careened into a ditch. One resident needed medical attention and was seen to on sight. The owner of Motodesign was reported to say, "whew, at least the bike isn't scratched". Then hopped on the recovered bike and fled the scene of the accident without a glance in the direction of the injured citizen or talking to law enforcement. It is town speculation that this may have been the motive behind the attack on Motodesign however we will never know.

This morning when this reporter went searching for the owner of Motodesign the shop has been abandoned after what appeared to be another prank left at their doorstep.
Clown cars, teddy bears, and balloons littered the shop making a funny but sad spectacle. An insult to injury that Motodesign clearly couldn't take.
